In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

• You must not be a current or former employee of the Company, or an immediate family member of such an employee, without the prior written consent of the Company.

2.2  During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.3  ramli888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the identity, age, or residential address of any Member. Failure to provide such documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the Account.

3.1  Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. In the event of duplicate accounts being identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Company will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3  Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Material changes to your personal circumstances — including change of residential address or legal name — must be notified to the Company promptly via the support channel.

3.4  Account Currency. All Accounts on the ramli888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor at the time of transaction.

4.1  ramli888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods without prior notice.

4.2  Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Member's account dashboard. These thresholds may vary by payment method and are subject to change.

4.3  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder. The Company reserves the right to require identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within the same business day subject to verification requirements.

4.4  Anti-Money Laundering. The Company is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. All transactions are subject to monitoring. The Company reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any transaction that raises concerns under its anti-money laundering procedures, and may be required to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without notifying the Member.

4.5  Deposits must be used for wagering purposes. The Company reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where deposit funds have not been wagered at least once prior to the withdrawal request being made.

5.1  ramli888 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives to Members. All such promotions are governed by specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time the promotion is made available.

5.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and any qualifying game or bet type restrictions will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3  Abuse of Promotions. The Company reserves the right to void bonus credits and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close an Account, where there is evidence of promotion abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements; and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional mechanics.

5.4  Promotions are available to Members based in Malaysia unless otherwise specified. The Company reserves the right to restrict eligibility for promotions based on jurisdiction, account history, or other criteria at its sole discretion.

6.1  All bets placed on the ramli888 Sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. These rules are published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

6.2  Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. The Company reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where the bet has been placed on erroneous odds.

6.3  Palpable Errors. Where odds, lines, or other market parameters are published in error (a "palpable error"), the Company reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether a confirmation was issued. A palpable error includes, without limitation, odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market rates at the time of bet placement.

6.4  Live Betting. In-play bets are subject to additional rules regarding market suspension, result confirmation, and void conditions. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market has been suspended may be voided at the Company's discretion.

6.5  Maximum win limits apply per event, per day, and per market type. Applicable limits are displayed within the Sportsbook interface.

7.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ramli888 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering multiple accounts or providing false registration information.
• Collusion with other Members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on all possible outcomes of a single event across multiple platforms — where the primary purpose is to exploit pricing discrepancies rather than engage in genuine wagering.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of chip-dumping, match-fixing facilitation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events.
• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Applicable Law.

7.2  The Company reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this clause and to take such remedial action as it deems appropriate, including referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8.1  All content on the ramli888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2  No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of the Company.

8.3  Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Platform or its contents.

9.1  The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Company disclaims all representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2  The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3  The Company's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4  Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

10.1  ramli888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with internationally recognised standards. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all Members directly through their account dashboard, including:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits
• Configurable session duration reminders
• Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion for periods ranging from 90 days to permanent account closure

10.2  All responsible gaming controls take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed or shortened during the specified period. Extensions to active exclusion periods can be requested at any time.

11.1  By the Company. 11.2  By the Member. Members may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the Wallet (net of any pending or voided transactions) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to verification.

11.3  Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for breach, the Company reserves the right to retain any balance in the Wallet as liquidated damages to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. The Company shall notify the Member of the basis for such retention.

12.1  These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the Platform is licensed to operate. The Company operates under international gaming authority licensing frameworks applicable to its service territory.

12.2  Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the ramli888 support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority.

12.3  Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

13.1  The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

13.2  Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.

13.3  Material changes to these Terms & Conditions — particularly those that materially affect Members' rights — will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their Account prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.
